About the platform
D Bohra Properties is a listing platform only. We display properties submitted by owners and authorised representatives. We are not a party to any booking, rental, sale or other agreement between users, and we do not collect payments.
Who can use the website
The website is intended for members of the Dawoodi Bohra community. Anyone listing a property must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the property or authorised by the owner.
Host and owner responsibilities
- Provide accurate details, real photos and honest pricing.
- Hold any permissions, registrations or documents required by local law for renting or selling the property.
- Keep availability up to date and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Agree terms, payments and agreements directly with guests, tenants or buyers.
Guest, tenant and buyer responsibilities
- Verify the property, the owner and all documents before making any payment.
- Respect the host’s home, house rules and neighbours.
- For purchases and long-term rentals, use proper written agreements and seek legal advice.
Listing guidelines
- One listing per property; no duplicate or misleading listings.
- Photos must show the actual property.
- No offensive content, false claims or requests for payment outside agreed terms.
- Sale listings for registered real estate projects must include valid registration details where required.
We may edit, pause or remove any listing that does not follow these guidelines.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user. To the extent permitted by law, D Bohra Properties is not liable for losses arising from bookings, rentals, sales or communications between users.
Reporting problems
If you see a suspicious or inaccurate listing, please report it through our contact page. We review every report.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
