Does D Bohra Properties charge a booking fee?
No. We only list properties. You contact the host directly on WhatsApp and agree on price, dates and payment between yourselves.
Who can list a property?
Any Dawoodi Bohra community member who owns a property or is authorised by the owner to list it. Hosts complete a simple verification before their listing is published.
How do I book a stay?
Open a listing, tap Enquire and send the host a message on WhatsApp. Confirm availability, the total amount and any house rules before you travel.
Can I book several homes for a wedding?
Yes. Filter by Wedding Stays, shortlist homes close to your venue and message each host. Many hosts are happy to coordinate with neighbours for larger groups.
Is it free to list my property?
Yes, basic listings are free. Optional featured placement will be available for owners who want their property shown higher during busy gathering periods.
