For guests
Does D Bohra Properties charge a booking fee?
No. We only list properties. You contact the host directly on WhatsApp and agree on price, dates and payment between yourselves.
How do I book a stay?
Open a listing, tap Enquire and message the host on WhatsApp. Confirm availability, the total amount and house rules before you travel.
Can I book several homes for a wedding?
Yes. Shortlist homes close to your venue and message each host. For large groups, contact our team and we can suggest nearby hosts.
What if the home is not as described?
Speak to the host first. If the issue isn’t resolved, report the listing through our contact page and our team will review it.
For hosts and owners
Who can list a property?
Any Dawoodi Bohra community member who owns a property or is authorised by the owner to list it. Hosts complete a simple verification first.
Is it free to list?
Yes, basic listings are free. Optional featured placement will be available for owners who want more visibility during busy periods.
How long does approval take?
Most listings are reviewed within 48 hours. We may call you to confirm details or ownership.
How do I update or remove my listing?
Message our team with your listing title and the change you need. Please keep your availability updated so guests aren’t disappointed.
Rent and sale
Do you charge brokerage on rentals or sales?
No. D Bohra Properties does not charge brokerage or commission. Any agent listing will state their own terms.
Do you verify property documents for sale listings?
We check that the person listing is the owner or authorised by them, but buyers must verify title and documents with a lawyer before paying.
Can I find accommodation for a new job?
Yes. Visit Homes for Rent to find flats and rooms for working professionals, students and families relocating to a new city.
Safety and privacy
How do you keep the platform safe?
We verify hosts, ask for real photos, and review every report. Listings that break our guidelines are removed.
Is my address shown publicly?
No. Only the area or locality is shown. Hosts share the full address with guests after they confirm a stay.
Should I pay in advance?
Agree on payment directly with the host. Pay only a reasonable advance, keep a record of every payment and never pay for a property you haven’t verified.
Have a spare room or an empty flat? Open it to the community.
